wsp resize

usage: wsp resize <thread> --size <cpu>x<memGb>
moves the machine a thread runs on to another size its provider sells: a stop,
then a resume at that size

--size the machine size as <cpu>x<memGb>, like 2x4; a size the provider
does not offer is refused naming the ones it does
--json print the raw protocol values, one JSON object per line, with
             everything else on stderr
--state the state file the host serves
--host run the line against a host on your account, by the name wsp hosts
lists it under; WSP_HOST names one for a whole shell

MCP tool: resize.
