wsp skills add

usage: wsp skills add <skill> [<thread>] [--on <computer>] [--agent <id>]...
       [--project [<name>]]
installs a skill off skills.sh by its <owner>/<repo>/<skill> into the shared
skills folder, with a link or a copy for each agent named that does not read
that folder; every file is checked first and lands as a plain file that runs
  nothing

--on the computer to read, by the name wsp computers shows; this
computer without it, and a thread names its own
--agent an agent to put the skill in, by its catalog id; repeats, and
every agent whose folder is there without it
--project put it in a project rather than the home: alone with a thread,
the thread's own project, or the project's name with --on
--json print the raw protocol values, one JSON object per line, with
               everything else on stderr
--state the state file the host serves
--host run the line against a host on your account, by the name wsp
hosts lists it under; WSP_HOST names one for a whole shell
