       [--detach] "<message>"
  a message to the thread, on a named model or effort, fast or not, with files;
  the thread keeps its own access and a running turn its own picks; --detach

              an image, any other file lands in the thread's folder and the
              message names its path; repeats
  --detach print the thread's id and return, leaving the reply to the
              thread's finished line

              everything else on stderr
